n.equals growth fuels CATI service expansion

n.equals, the fieldwork services subsidiary of Unity4 Teleservices Pty Ltd, has finished its first financial year with the announcement that it will be expanding its remote agent CATI service by up to 100 positions.

n.equals provides full CATI field work services through a home agent model - utilising its proprietary teleworker CATI application, n.equals employs interviewers who work from home.

The remote agent model enables n.equals to maintain a team of highly skilled interviewers, including a large multicultural team. Through the teleworker application, 100 percent verification is possible via digitised recording.

n.equals was established 15 months ago to provide high quality fieldwork services on behalf of Australian and global clients. The company says the home agent model equates to savings for clients.
