For information regarding:- Payment Catering Interstate Registration Members & Non Members Special Interest Groups Payment Our accounts receivable staff are part time, so payments will be processed after your confirmation on a weekly basis. Once your payment has been processed by accounts receivable, you will be emailed a receipt. You have several options for payment of your registered course: -
Credit Card - We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners and Amex Please note that due to merchant and administration processing fees, courses & events paid with Amex and Diners cards will incur a 5% surcharge. -
Cheque - Attach a cheque to the form and mail it, or register via fax and forward the cheque later. -
Invoice - Request an invoice for the payment by ticking that option on your registration form. -
Direct Deposit - to obtain our bank details for direct deposit, please email accounts@amsrs.com.au with the name & date of the event and the name of the person(s) attending. Catering Please mark any special catering requirements on your registration form for each event. This will ensure your needs are catered for. Interstate Nationwide Access From July 2008 - If members wish to attend a course only offered in another state, a discount rate of *50% of the members rate is available. Note that travel and any accommodation costs are the responsibility of the member. This offer is limited to 5 members per course. *A discount of 50% of the course fee will apply for attendance by members at courses outside their own division. The following conditions will apply: Only applies to courses of half-day to two-day duration The course they are attending is not available in their divison in next 12 months This policy excludes National and WA conferences and Summer School The number of discounts per course is not limited at this stage although the discount take-up rate will be closely monitored Special exemptions or changes to the discount rate may occur for specific courses and must to be cleared through the Professional Development Committee. Registration To attend an AMSRS Course or Event, you must fill in a registration form and fax or scan and email it back to the National office. Over the phone registration for events is not available. Fax: 02 9571 5944 Email: events@amsrs.com.au Our Event Manager will register you for each event. Once this has been done you will receive a confirmation of registration via the email you provided on your registration form or attached to your membership details. Please note: We do not accept walk in delegates without registration, as courses are pre-catered and some courses could be at capacity or require specific materials. Members & Non Members Members are almost always offered a discount rate. If your application for membership is currently being processed we will accept your registration for courses at the discounted member's rate. Special Interest Groups The AMSRS supports many special interest groups and their events that cater specifically to that group.
