The George Camakaris Best Paper by a Young Researcher Award is given for the best paper submitted by a Young Researcher (up to 31 years as at 30 June 2011 or in the first five years of their career) for the AMSRS conference.  The prize of $1,500 in credit towards industry-related events and courses is a good incentive for any Young Researcher to submit a paper.
